Mobile unit did great with my oil change and tire rotation. The guy was very polite and thorough with explaining any concerns. I wish the dealership would return my phone call, though. Very poor communication from the dealership’s side of things as I am simply trying to book another service appointment for my vehicle.

We have tried for three months to make an appointment for recall work. We are either told the parts are not available or we're sent to voicemail and nobody ever returns our calls.

This is another example of public fleeing of the customer, through many devious schemes to nefariously get new customers into a base model vehicle at exorbitant interest and few perks or benefits! Avoid them at all costs I wish I could give them negative stars!
