My wife used to drive Lexus because she wanted a Luxury Experience. While she loved the car, she didn't get luxury treatment from the dealership. I bribed her to buy a Ford product. She got the MachE. She loves the car. She had to take it in for a recall. She dropped the car off and they sent her home in a Lyft. They found a warranty problem she didn't notice and they fixed it. They then delivered the car to our house.

TERRIBLE Customer Service…Beware. The dealership took payment on my vehicle and damaged it before I got it, I have 2 dozen calls and emails to this business over two months of runaround and NO resolution! Take your business to a dealer that will stand by their mistakes and make them right. They inspected my newly bought vehicle, broke the windshield before I picked it up, offered after several calls and emails and weeks to resolve the crack, when it turned out to need a replacement windshield GHOSTED me again. This seems to be standard practice for this dealership. Shop elsewhere, they do not deserve you business as they don’t care about customers and it shows.

One of the most unpleasant experiences I had. I called to make an appointment for 125,000 mile service and state inspection. I wanted to schedule a day that they can get it all done in one day. My team lead said no problem, we can do it today. Well....it took them 3 days. And never got a return call from them on day 2 after several messages inquiring about the status. This service department is the king of "overpromise and under deliver".

I loved coming here to get my NTM Mustang GT, the team members were professional and super polite. Leonia is such an amazing person and loved every minute of the process with her by my side! I came in an hour before closing and got numbers and a test drive before I came next morning and took the car home! Big Shoutout to Ted’s Britt and Mrs Leonia Durant for being the kickass person she is! Thanks so much! Semper Fi!

We went to Ted Britt of Chantilly to buy my partner's dream car and Leonia Durant was incredible. She was responsive to our messages and met us there at a time I doubt could've been convenient to her. She also gave us really honest advice in terms of loans, how much money to put down, etc. It was very clear that she has a lot of experience and we felt that we could trust her. She made the process both personal and less stress-inducing. At any other dealerships I've never felt like I could trust someone that worked there but I felt like she asked questions, listened to us, and was genuinely interested in our goals and finances. We are trying to build credit and she educated us on how we can move through this process doing so. Personally, I've never had a good experience at any other dealership but I felt like Leonia was the real deal. When I'm buying my next car I'll do it here- she's a gem. I think I’m sold on ford at least for this dealership. Thank you, Leonia, for your service as a Marine and as an honest and genuine person! I have rarely left reviews in my life but I am really grateful.

My family bought 2 cars at this dealer, great palace to buy a vehicle.I had a flat last week and had my truck towed to this place. I decided to have all 4 tires replaced, love the tires they installed, good service. Now here comes the part I did not liked: I received a call telling me that I needed the front and back breaks replaced and they could do it right away. I declined the repairs as I recalled that I had new pads but on earlier in the year. The next day I went to Battlefield Ford in Culpeper and had an oil change done. They performed a check on my breaks as well. The front rating was in green and the rear ones just got into the yellow. Not alarming having those break pads and rotors replaced at all.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting with Edgar at Ford Ted Britt in Chantilly, and I cannot express how impressed I am with his exceptional service. Edgar went above and beyond to assist my family and me in selling our car, and his level of attentiveness and friendliness was truly remarkable. From the moment we walked into the dealership, Edgar greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. He took the time to listen to our needs and answered all of our questions with patience and expertise. Edgar's knowledge about the car selling process was evident, and he guided us through every step, making it a smooth and stress-free experience. What truly sets Edgar apart is his genuine care for his customers. He made sure to understand our preferences and priorities, ensuring that we received the best possible deal for our car. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable.

Service at this dealership is horrible. If you want your car to be dismantled and put back together wrongly and charged exorbitant prices with lackadaisical service people then this is your dealership as for me and my family we will stay clear from going to a dealership like this I would never buy a car from these people. I do not trust them and nor should you.

Mobile unit did great with my oil change and tire rotation. The guy was very polite and thorough with explaining any concerns. I wish the dealership would return my phone call, though. Very poor communication from the dealership’s side of things as I am simply trying to book another service appointment for my vehicle.

Extreme lack of communication. Brand new vehicle has been at the service center for over 3 weeks, we understand some parts take time but there is overwhelming confusion anytime we call for an update. Our service advisor keeps informing us he will talk to the shop foreman and give us a call back, there is never a call back. They claim to be working on it as we speak, we can clearly see the vehicle has not moved in the last week through the Ford App. We have been more than understanding up until this point and just want someone to take responsibility over there. DO NOT recommend taking your vehicle here.

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! It used to be a great dealership. From sales to service, top notch! My father bought cars from them in the 80's and 90's. I bought my first brand new Ford F150 from them in 2008. Service was so good, I bought a 2009 Flex, 2010 Edge, and a 2010 Ford 250. I kept those cars for a while and moved to GMC and didn't buy from TB until recently this past February. It was a 2018 Lincoln Navigator. My first used car in a while. 52k (104k MSRP when new). It was in great condition! Pristinely beautiful in every way not a scratch on it and the interior was mint. It only had 40k miles on it. I bought gap and the extended warranty. I was so happy until I started having issues with it the very same day I brought it home. Bu to figures well, at least I bought the warranty. From all wheel drive, transmission, and electrical issues. TB became, at a speeding rate, worthless. I have to say sales seems to be always okay. They want that sale! I don't even know where to start with their service department. They kept my car for months at a time. Never fix my issues. Clean out some things, through some band-aides on it. But it would always start right back up within a couple of days. I had so many issues I had with it. It was in the shop more than it was in my driveway. Its my fault though, I should known better when I saw in the carfax it had replaced a transmission 2 times and it also had 2 owners before me. Every time I would bring it in for service. Scheduled service mind you, TB would keep it for a month. They could never really find issues and give it back to me. The car would literally shut off on me at a stop light, transmission would grind and shift hard and the AWD would wind. Loved it! It left me broken down on the highway once. Ugh Lincoln wouldn't cover my rental to get home. Yep! The problem I have with Tb isn't the Lincoln. It was when the Lincoln was in service. I would never receive return calls or emails. I escalated to Michael Britt who also wouldn't return my calls. I had to physically drive to them to get an update! Even after I got rid of the car and asked for the warranty and gap refund back. At first they were very responsive but then ghosted me like before when asking for an update. A simple response is all that is needed. I finally get a return call from the " Director of Finance". After a weeks worth of calls and e-mails. I finally got a call back. It isn't that hard. This is normal customer service. You call your customers back. Oh, did I say I have had to physically go up there after a weeks worth of failed attempts to retrieve info over the phone. They have by far the worst Customer Service I have ever seen. I can write a book of my experiences with Ted Britt. If you get anything out of my rant, TED BRITT is not the dealership you want to go to.

We have tried for three months to make an appointment for recall work. We are either told the parts are not available or we're sent to voicemail and nobody ever returns our calls.

This is another example of public fleeing of the customer, through many devious schemes to nefariously get new customers into a base model vehicle at exorbitant interest and few perks or benefits! Avoid them at all costs I wish I could give them negative stars!

On 7/12, I made an appointment for an open recall on my 2017 Ford Fusion. I made the appointment at Ted Britt Ford as I was told they have the parts available to rectify the recall. Since I was going to be dropping it off, I also asked for an oil change, safety, and emissions to be taken care of while it was there. My appointment was made for 7/26.I dropped my vehicle off on 7/26 at 9am. I was called a few hours later and told that after “inspection”, my vehicle also needed about $1400 of additional work to be done. I don’t know what type of inspection was done, however the list of items included regular maintenance items that I had already taken care of in June. This tells me the “inspection” done was just a look at the regular maintenance schedule and add on some fluff services to further fleece their customers. After this, I received no communication until 5:57pm saying my vehicle was ready to pick up.I arrived back at the dealer around 6:30pm, and no one was in the service department, as their hours are until 6pm. I walked over to go pay for my vehicle and pick it up, and when I got the paperwork, nothing indicated that the recall work had been completed, which I questioned. The person at the dealership I asked stated “Oh, yes, it has been taken care of” so I didn’t question further, picked up my vehicle, and left.On 8/16, I received a phone call from a company that Ford uses to schedule appointments for open recalls. Based on this call, I called Ted Britt Service department, and asked the question again, was my recall taken care of. They told me “No, we just ordered the parts for the recall”. When I asked why no one told me or called me to reschedule, they just said “We don’t know, you have to ask Kevin” who is out of town for the entire month of August.Ted Britt Ford and its management should be ashamed of themselves. Based on other service-related reviews, your process is absolutely broken. I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks in advance, which was plenty of time to order parts. I have had my vehicle for 3 weeks after my recall appointment, and was never contacted saying that my vehicle still needs work. Honestly, I doubt whether they can effectively change your oil. I would NEVER step foot in any other Ted Britt dealership, let alone service department. They don’t care about anything except trying to extract money from you. When they don’t get any additional money, they couldn’t care less about you, and in fact, they just treat you as if you do not exist anymore to them. Do not give your business to Ted Britt unless you enjoy being treated this way.
