Ticketmaster was hacked and all my tickets were transferred by the hacker out of my account. I have to wait 3 to 5 days until the fraud department will get a hold of me which is when the concerts begin. There’s no speaking with a supervisor, there’s no speaking directly with the fraud department.

I sold a ticket through them on June 14th and still have not received my money (it’s now July 11th) Talked to customer service about it FOUR TIMES and the last time, they hung up on me.

The upfront price for a ticket is just straight up false advertising at this point. There is absolutely no point of knowing the price of the ticket when you know there will always be fees. Hope you get what is coming to you Ticketmaster.
