2 $31 tickets$21 Service Fee x 2$4 Facility Fee x 2$6 Order Processing FeeTicketmaster charges service fees that are almost as high as the tickets themselves. Oh yeah, and then an order processing fee on top of that. Oh yeah, and hides these fees until after you’ve chosen your seats.

Hopefully, the people that work at Ticketmaster recognize why the organization is reviled by anyone that has used their service. Atrocious experience, documented collaboration with scalpers to church fees, and a terrible ticket purchasing experience every. Single. Time. A cursed company that makes everyone’s life worse.

I concur with Jesse. Even worse, they outright LIED about a show. I went to see Schooner Fare (based on the TM website). Instead, I was treated to an entirely different act. I contacted them (not easy) and was told "sorry, you are SOL".A few hours and over $100 wasted. And a friend came along to see the show on my recommendation, so now an ex-friend.Before, I just hated the fees and inconvenience. Now... Can anyone say "class action"?

They won't refund my money for a concert that was cancelled and rescheduled -- which I can't make the new date. Their on-line support is a joke. I just wasted $200.00

They are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I wish Negative star rating was an option

If there was a way to get zero stars, I would definitely be doing that. This is one of the worst ran business out there, freely telling peoples money and making it out like it is the customers problem when in fact it is terrible policies and disregard for sales support that lead to the issues. I am 100% done with Ticketmaster and will never again attend any event that exclusively sells their tickets through this organization.

Usually have nothing bad to say about ticketmaster, but over the last several months I've noticed they have bought up a lot of the good seats. Even while pre-sales are going on ticketmaster has reserved a lot of the good seats for themselves to cash in on. Prices are higher then even the Vip packages most times.

Poor costumer service they stole my money. I’ve been waiting for a refund for an event that was cancelled and nobody answer, just automatic emails

Can't even call this customer service "bad" because it is literally non existent. Any options that appear to be 'contact customer service' take you to a dead end or hangs up on the call. My specific issue is not listed anywhere on any site, and I can't even send an email. You would think with Ticketmaster being the largest ticket selling company in America that they would have a good website... not the case. How can I get some answers!?!?!?!?!?

Zero stars in actuality. Our family goes to see Trans-Siberian Orchestra every year for almost 20 years now. The past few years ticketing for the fan club members has been turned over to Ticketmaster for it's operation. Ticketmaster has this pre registering for 'verified fan' tickets. It's been involved in the past few tours. You preregister, wait to see if you're picked then get an email invite, then they text with your code authorization to get in the presale to get your tickets. It is a few monotonous steps but worth it for my kids. Well this year rolls around I register for the fan presale and get an acceptance email saying congrats you're invited to buy presale tickets, you will get a text with your approval code then another with the link to buy. This was last night because the presale happens today. Well I did not get those texts last night or overnight or this morning. So I have missed my opportunity to get tickets for the first time in years. I email TM explaining the situation and their response to me was to visit their page with fan verified ticketing FAQs for all the info I need to know. Well the FAQs page doesn't have any mention of what to do, should you not get their text or emails with the approval code and link. Ridiculous customer service. My kids thank you as well TM. Great job!

Went to location as live chat is down. A master lock was on both doors. No answer.
