Home Depot.com is the best, when I ordered furnitures online, when comparing with different merchants. For example, Overstock kept delaying the delivery, while HD delivered my order ahead of time.Home Depot is my to-go-store, either in store or online.

Richard is the man, he was very helpful and nice. After he helped us, the customer service was not the best. We have been waiting for 25 min for people to come help us load the truck. Should not take this long

Very nice service!!! The lady named Janet aka J J was super nice we had little knowledge on the type of floor that was best for us and she went above and beyond to help us ... very awesome experience!!! 5 plus stars for JJ
