A rather large facility. I wanted to retrieve items from my U-Box container. I scheduled a couple of days I advance. So other than figuring out where to find my container, everything else was fine. The container as well held up well and my items were still in place from my CA move. Highly recommend U-Box. U-HAUL is less expensive than the other container providers. Thank you team U-Haul.

Was helping my friend haul some motorcycles. He hadn’t done this before so opted to go for one of the smaller covered trailers. I was pretty sure it wouldn’t work and low and behold it didn’t. They were very reasonable and helped cancel the reservation once we found a utility trailer at another location nearby. Great location

Staff was courteous for the most part. I rented a truck and came for the car trailer later only to find they rented my reserved trailer out. They switched me to another trailer. Then I had clearance issues with my car and they didn't help. I was able to find a slope and had the help of my hired movers to get my car loaded. Overall the experience was ok but not great.

I pulled into this Chantilly U-Haul near closing time, hoping someone would still be available to help me get my car off the auto transport. The employees that came out to help me were awesome. Everyone I met there was courteous, professional, and wanting to help. The place is very clean and very well managed. I have been in my share of U-Haul places, and this place is at the top. I would give it more than five stars if I could.

Outstanding customer service! We had a truck rental fall through with another company + subpar customer service. We were desperate and frustrated and needed to get a truck and it was already 6:30 pm... We drove over here hoping that by some miracle things would work out. Although it took a while to get helped, it was because Ryan was providing excellent customer service to an older lady who was trying to buy moving supplies. He treated her the exact way I'd want someone to treat my own grandma. Can't be mad about that! Once she finished, he helped us, cut us a deal for our trouble, and had us on our way within 10 minutes. Outstanding! Great service + awesome price... pretty much made our night. Thanks so much! Very easy to return after hours if you have a smartphone too!
