U-Haul Moving & Storage of Chantilly Ii is a rather large facility that is very organized. It offers truck and trailer rentals, U-Box containers, and self-storage. Customers report amazing and helpful customer service from a friendly team. The location is great and the U-Box containers are highly recommended, being less expensive than other providers and holding items securely. The staff is reasonable and helpful with reservations. Overall, it is a great facility with everything needed for a move.
Excellent customer service, care, concern and professionalism at the Chantilly location, the one off of Rte 50. The staff is benevolent and kind. The facility has a drive in bay for loading and unloading, I really do appreciate that.

Dropped a U box here & was in & out quick . Staff was fair . Can't overnight it on the street . Reasonable room to maneuver inside the facility .
