I had an extremely positive exsperiance aswell as a positive good attitude from Adriel he was helpful making sure my concerns were heard and put to ease with a nervous move. Also the manager Scarlett was superhelpful seting up and checking my reservation and compleating the u box reservation. Further more there was Monique who origanly set up the u box reservation and her customer service was top notch. Thank you again to the entire team as the puck up/drop off man was exsalante aswell at helping me with drop off and hitch. Amazing team at this location hands down!!

I had the pleasure of renting a 9' Cargo van from this location. The agent Bernice was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She made the whole process from start to finish a simple and accommodating. She showed me how to use the UHual App check in and check out. The entire staff at this location was very friendly and went out of their way to make my whole experience a a comfortable one. From pick to return, the whole process was seamless. I would highly recommend this location.

Propane filling service is the worse you can find in the area. Terrible costumer service in times you have to wait and hour to have someone come and fill your tank. I encourage you to find options elsewhere. The just rate should be cero Stars, but there is not an option for that.

Great staff attentive people. I had a situation with my drop off being at another location rather than where my storage was. The worker acknowledged that I was present and turned the phone over to his supervisor who was getting her earful from her supervisor. By the way don't do that whoever you are? Anyway long story short she took it and was still cordial and attentive to me without attitude. Rockstar service.

They charged me $78 for 1 gallon of gas. Be sure to take pictures of the odometer and gas gauge before you rent from them because they will try to swindle you. I should have taken the fact that they were on the phone with another disgruntled customer when I arrived as a sign.

Please check the miles before returning the truck. When I returned the truck, the man who received it asked me to leave the key inside and said he would take care of it, emailing me a final bill. I trusted and ignored the mile. After a day, I received a receipt, and he charged me for 41 miles, but I had driven only 10 miles. My home is 2.2 miles from the Uhaul location, and my destination is between two homes that are only 1 mile away. I estimated around 10 miles, but Uhal charged 41 miles. Please always double-check the miles before returning the truck.

This location has one of the best and easiest equipment drop off processes I have ever experienced in my 15+ years of military moves. It is very streamlined to drop and scan the equipment and be on my way in less than 10min. The employees are very polite and helpful. My new go-to for Uhaul equipment rental.

5 Stars for Brenese, 1 star for Scarlett:
I recently returned a U-Haul truck to this location and had one of the most polarizing customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered—all in the span of a few minutes.
When I arrived, the system was down, making it impossible to log our return via the usual method. I noticed the store door was open, so I walked in to ask for help after hearing the phone line had a 45-minute wait. That’s when Scarlett shouted at me—yes, shouted—“We’re closed!” There was no greeting, no explanation, just immediate hostility.
I calmly explained the situation and was relieved when another employee, Brenese, stepped in. She kindly explained that the system was down and gave clear, helpful instructions on how to proceed with our drop-off. Her tone was professional, calm, and understanding—exactly what you hope for when something isn’t working and you need guidance.
Meanwhile, Scarlett continued to simmer in the background, muttering a passive-aggressive “AND because we’re closed” under her breath—just loud enough to hear. When I asked her to repeat herself, she doubled down with the same tone. I told her directly, “You don’t need to be so rude,” because the truth is, she was extremely rude, unnecessarily aggressive, and completely unprofessional. Frankly, she has no business working in a customer-facing role.
Scarlett’s behavior was not just bad—it was unacceptable. If I were a manager, I’d consider retraining or reevaluating whether she belongs in this position at all. Her attitude is damaging to your brand.
Now, on the complete opposite end of the spectrum: Brenese is a gem. After helping me inside, she even walked out to check in the truck in front of me to offer peace of mind. She went above and beyond—without being asked. Her customer service was exceptional, and her professionalism saved the experience.
Give Brenese a raise, a promotion—something. She’s the reason this review isn’t one star.
To management: If you’re reading this, Scarlett could learn a lot from watching how Brenese treats people. Frankly, so could a lot of people. Scarlett’s presence is a liability. Brenese is an asset.

This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. I made a reservation on the website, then walked in expecting to take a couple of simple steps to pick up my keys. Nope! I was instead directed to some app that I had to set up, and forced to navigate a user interface that feels like it was designed by a half-baked AI. Then I was asked for another phone number they could call, plus my employer’s name and phone number. Honestly, why not just ask for my firstborn child while you're at it? I just walked out — it wasn’t worth all the hassle.

Got the truck in a reasonable amount of time. I didn't have reservation but I was taking care of. Return was easy. Good location. Friendly staff.
