They’re very honest with their pricing and transparent throughout the whole process. The staff is very friendly and patient. Any questions or concerns were immediately addressed. “I just recently purchased a used vehicle from Mike at MK Motors, and the whole experience was absolutely fantastic. From the first email to the final delivery, Mike was incredibly friendly and responsive. He answered every question right away and kept me in the loop at every step.
I bought the car remotely from another state, and Mike took it to an independent mechanic for an inspection, and even brought it back and picked it up from the mechanic to allow them to complete needed repairs. He quickly sent over additional photos of the various parts of the car that I wanted to see, making the entire remote experience much more comfortable. He coordinated with the shipping company the car arrived in excellent shape without issues!

From the start he was in consistent communication with me about the vehicle, he even took time out of his weekend to meet with me on a Sunday to check it out. I ended up having a minor coolant leak issue the day after driving off the lot. “I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. This is the third car I have purchased, and my experience with this shop has been the most pleasant I have had so far. First of all, their vehicles are priced very very fairly. Second of all, their financing process and platform are fantastic. And third of all, their customer service is phenomenal. Matthew, the sales associate that assisted me throughout the purchase, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. And again I must add: FAST. I walked into their shop at around 5:30pm and I drove off of their lot with the vehicle maybe 10-15 minutes after the shop closed at 7pm (Yes, they stayed there after close to ensure everything was wrapped up and taken care of for me).
In addition to the refreshing purchase process, there was later some confusion with my plates being mailed and the temporary plates I was given expired before I was able to receive my official plates, and once again, Matthew went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure that I had new, valid temp-plates on my car the very same day that I brought the issue to their attention.
