“My experience with Damas Auto was great. I always wanted an SUV as my next car, and I was interested in the 2012 Hyundai Veracruz AWD it was the dream car I wanted after I paid off my Hyundai Sonata. I worked with Abdul and Ayham during the process, and they were great. One thing I liked about both was they didn’t pressure me when it came to buying the car which is what I liked as some other dealerships try and find ways to make the sale it was my decision and mine alone. They don’t do any negotiations on price as they base it on the Market Value of the car which was fair as the Veracruz was below Market Value. One thing to note they don’t do Financing at the dealership so you would need to pay with Cash, Check, or go through your banking to get a loan for the car. As I was waiting for my bank to approve my car loan to get the vehicle Abdul went above and beyond to provide me the necessary information to provide to my bank for me to get the loan. He also informed me that someone was interested in purchasing the Veracruz and was coming in the next day to purchase it. That was very nice of him to inform me as he didn’t have to do it as he wasn’t holding the car for me. I was able to get the car that I wanted. They had to get my emissions done on the car, so I had to pick it up the next day Ayham also went above and beyond by taking care of my Uber to go back to the dealership to pick it up. Overall great experience the Veracruz was very clean, fully loaded, and in great condition. The last thing I would say is if you are interested in a car with Damas Auto make an appointment as it’s only the two of them that way you’re not waiting to be helped.”

Juan was great to work with and I was in and out within 90 minutes. Cannot recommend highly enough.Update - I noticed a tail light was out about a week after I purchased the car. I asked Juan if there was anything he could do and he offered to fix it the next day, free of charge. It took less than 15 minutes and they completely updated the wiring to make everything work. “I recently was in the market for a new/used station wagon to replace a 1998 Subaru Legacy Outback that got t-boned at 116k miles. The repairs far exceeded the worth of the vehicle, and I ended up selling the wreck to a junk buyer.I'd found my new prospective vehicle thru TrueCar, and was put in contact with Rahim. He was super professional and courteous, both over the phone and in person.Originally, I was looking at a 2003 Outback wagon with low mileage, but it had sold a few days before being able to schedule an appointment. Fortunately, Rahim had a few other station wagons that fit my budget.I went out to see a 2004 Subaru Impreza wagon, which was very fancy, and while I was there, another customer came to look at the same vehicle. I don't like competing with other buyers, and Rahim was very accommodating.Lucky for me, Rahim pointed out another Subaru wagon, which turns out, was a year younger than my old car, with far less mileage on it, in better overall shape, with a single prior owner that took pristine condition of the 24 year old vehicle.I ended up purchasing the 1999 Subaru Legacy Outback with 40.7k on the odometer in full in cash, and the entire process took a little over two hours, from my arrival to driving off the lot in a new vehicle.Rahim and Shell Motors, Inc ended up taking care of all of the necessary paperwork and even went above and beyond offering to do the paperwork for license plates and registration so I didn't have to make an appointment for DMV Bingo.Rahim has been more than professional and kind, following up via phone calls days after my purchase to see how I like my new vehicle.I honestly feel like I got a great deal, and will consider purchasing another vehicle from them, whenever the occasion comes around.”
