“After an embarrassing encounter with a concrete wall in a parking garage, I found myself traipsing around Chantilly, gathering quotes to fix my blunder, out-of-pocket. The first two quotes I received were $1800 and $3900 (what?! why?! how, Carstar?!!!). Feeling confused and defeated, I decided to pull into Sam Auto Body… the reviews were fabulous, after all. Immediately, Mo at the front desk put me at ease, did a quick quote ($1300), answered all my questions about why the quotes were so incredibly different between the three shops for the same work, and was just generally incredibly patient with this middle-aged spaz. He got my car in the very next afternoon and I had it back not even a full two days later! She looks gorgeous and when I went to pick her up, she had been completely washed and shined! I highly recommend this shop! Mo made it a wonderful, much less stressful experience. I’ve already told my MIL we’re taking her van there, because, well, my husband has always said his mother and I are too much alike and, behold, she made the same exact parking garage blunder! Go, you won’t be disappointed!”

“I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. This is the third car I have purchased, and my experience with this shop has been the most pleasant I have had so far. First of all, their vehicles are priced very very fairly. Second of all, their financing process and platform are fantastic. And third of all, their customer service is phenomenal. Matthew, the sales associate that assisted me throughout the purchase, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. And again I must add: FAST. I walked into their shop at around 5:30pm and I drove off of their lot with the vehicle maybe 10-15 minutes after the shop closed at 7pm (Yes, they stayed there after close to ensure everything was wrapped up and taken care of for me).
In addition to the refreshing purchase process, there was later some confusion with my plates being mailed and the temporary plates I was given expired before I was able to receive my official plates, and once again, Matthew went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure that I had new, valid temp-plates on my car the very same day that I brought the issue to their attention.

“I needed a small, plastic coolant hose connector. Searched high and low to no avail. A good soul at the local Ford dealership steered me to AutoPlus, and sure enough, my connector was in stock! While my order was being rung up, I scanned the walls and noticed that AutoPlus carries all sorts of small parts that are essential for any number of routine fixes and periodic maintenance. Mind you, these were only the inventory items that are on display - - they got tons more in the back!Not your typical auto parts store...great inventory and courteous, knowledgeable staff. He knew which bulb was needed instead and he also but the new bulb in free of charge. In addition, I needed a new battery and he found one that would work and this was also installed free of charge. He gave me helpful information for both the bulb and battery and was very pleasant and eager to help. He was very knowledgeable with a can-do attitude - I really appreciated his help!”
