“I had an outstanding experience with Caliber Collision in Chantilly. From the moment I walked through the door, Robert and Ruth were absolutely fantastic. Having your car repaired is never something you look forward to, and I was definitely frustrated with the situation when I first arrived. They were professional, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process—something I really appreciated. There were no surprises, I always knew what was happening with my vehicle, and they made the entire experience incredibly easy. What stood out most was the level of care they showed. They didn’t just manage the repair; they managed me, my concerns, and stress that came along with needing to have my car repaired. That kind of customer service makes a real difference. I hope that I never need another car body repair anytime soon, but if I do, I hope Robert and Ruth are the people I see when I walk through the door at Caliber Collision. Highly recommended!”

“I went to Fairfax Collision twice this fall (the garage at my job is terrible…). They did a terrific job. In both cases the damage was fixed immediately and the car looked good as new. “I’ve been here a couple of times now because of an accident I have had as well as family/friends themselves, and we have all had great experiences coming here. The service is really great and I have never felt like I’m being ripped off. Most importantly, the work they’ve done has been great. I remember specifically with my brother’s car, we were worried he would have to get a full rear bumper replacement and sensor recalibration, but we were able to avoid that because of Marco’s work.”

“Prestige Auto Body did an amazing job on my car. I had a bad experience with another body shop in the past where they couldn’t match the paint correctly, but Prestige exceeded my expectations. They restored my car perfectly, and the color match is spot on, just like the original factory paint. You’d never know the car had been in an accident. I highly recommend them!”

“I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. This is the third car I have purchased, and my experience with this shop has been the most pleasant I have had so far. First of all, their vehicles are priced very very fairly. Second of all, their financing process and platform are fantastic. And third of all, their customer service is phenomenal. From start to finish, they made the process of purchasing my vehicle simple, accessible, and FAST. Matthew, the sales associate that assisted me throughout the purchase, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. And again I must add: FAST. I walked into their shop at around 5:30pm and I drove off of their lot with the vehicle maybe 10-15 minutes after the shop closed at 7pm (Yes, they stayed there after close to ensure everything was wrapped up and taken care of for me). In addition to the refreshing purchase process, there was later some confusion with my plates being mailed and the temporary plates I was given expired before I was able to receive my official plates, and once again, Matthew went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure that I had new, valid temp-plates on my car the very same day that I brought the issue to their attention. If you are eyeballing a vehicle at this business, take this as your sign to go for it. You will be glad you did.”

“I came to American auto body after several other shops quoted me for a dented spoiler on my Tesla Model Y for ~4k, wanting to replace the entire lift gate. The spoiler was creased aluminum and had paint damage. American auto body quoted me less than half of all other shops and the spoiler looks brand new after their work. Painted and everything, you would not know any damage had ever occurred. The experience was great, and I recommend this shop for those who want great work for a great price.”

“I needed a small, plastic coolant hose connector. Searched high and low to no avail. A good soul at the local Ford dealership steered me to AutoPlus, and sure enough, my connector was in stock! While my order was being rung up, I scanned the walls and noticed that AutoPlus carries all sorts of small parts that are essential for any number of routine fixes and periodic maintenance. Mind you, these were only the inventory items that are on display - - they got tons more in the back! Not your typical auto parts store...great inventory and courteous, knowledgeable staff. AutoPlus is now my go-to.”

“I purchased my Mazda CX-9 at Safford Brown in August and couldn’t be happier! My husband and I worked with Nick Shirley to find my vehicle, and Nick was funny, personable, and super knowledgeable. We did not feel any pressure to purchase a vehicle as we were looking, and Nick didn’t try to upsell a vehicle or trim level that didn’t fit my wants and needs. The finance staff that we worked with to complete the payment and sign paperwork was also very pleasant to work with. I would happily recommend Nick and this dealership to anyone searching for a new vehicle!”

“I cannot recommend County Line Collision Center highly enough! They recently repaired damage to my Audi and completely blew past my expectations. Not only is the bodywork flawless—making the car look brand new again—but their attention to detail is unmatched. They even went as far as replacing the Paint Protection Film (PPF) on the affected parts without me even having to ask. If you want honest, high-quality work and a team that truly goes the extra mile for their customers, this is the place to go.”

“these guys were very helpful at getting me what I needed. With all of the Ice and snow that we have been having I was looking everywhere to find driveway salt. When everybody else was sold out, I was able to order a bag through them, it was the last one available. When I went to pick it up, they had another better type of salt that cost a tiny bit more than I was able to buy from them as well and got everything I needed for this latest ice blast. Great help guys thanks!”
