CONNIE WAS FANTASTIC!!!! She helped show us all the options in our price range not just for ordering but also went above and beyond to find out any possible floor models available or sales etc. She was extremely helpful and always willing to double check or ask for more information so that we had all the details we needed. Thanks to Connie we found the perfect first couch and can't wait for it to arrive!! I would certainly recommend shopping here to friends as the service and helped we received were 10/10. THANK YOU ?”

“I went to Best Buy to have a wireless automatic starter put on my car. I was given an appointment for the installation within 2 weeks. Mike greeted me and began the work on the car sooner than scheduled and it took less time than anticipated. When finished he thoroughly explained how it worked and had me try all the different options associated with it. All in all it was a great experience. Thanks Mike!”

“Bought an appliance (oven) from Ferguson. Getting attention from sales staff was a challenge, but installation services and scheduling was OUTSTANDING. Carl Jones as scheduler was supportive and responsive. Install crew (I didn't get names) were professional, highly skilled and careful. Ferguson aslo helped by ordering one missing item (only b/c I bought a floor display item) and registering warranty. Highly recommend.”

“We stopped in to look at freezers and the whole experience was exceptional. A friendly salesman greeted and met us as we entered. We walked to see the available models and selected a Maytag model with an unbelievable price. The purchase process was very efficient, all questions were answered and the warranty was explained. Two gentleman loaded the freezer in our trailer. We were on our way in less than 15 minutes!
