“There is nothing negative to say about this company. They are at the top of the list for sales, service and especially support. I have purchased thousands of dollars of equipment from them and they are always my first stop when shopping. Lifetime support is invaluable as I have called years later with questions and gotten help. One of my recent purchases was a Yamaha Aventage receiver. I bought a scratch and dent and even with two techs there remained connectivity issues. The receiver was returned on their dime and swapped with a new. No price adjustment. A purchase if Goldenear One.R loudspeakers went well. With a sale ongoing I called to place the order unfortunately there was only one speaker available. They managed to locate another speaker allowing me to buy before the sale ended. Their knowledge and easy going manner is refreshing. Conversations are clear without language issues. Definitely recommend.”

“On Christmas Day I was sent out for half and half. Tried everywhere, but of course nothing was open. Went into this store as a Hail Mary, and though they didn’t have any for sale, Sarah and another woman (who didn’t have a name tag on) let me get a bunch of the little cups for coffee. I then tried to buy a cup of coffee, and Sarah didn’t charge me.It was a nice gesture, a note of kindness in a normally impersonal context. This is how you do customer service, and I’ll remember it. Happy New Year to you guys.”

“Great selection of RC vehicles, planes, & boats. In addition, it’s a dive shop. A life with both hobbies that’ll keep you happy and broke? It was my first time at this shop and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Learned a lot and bought a Arrma Felony 6s at a cheaper price then available elsewhere. In fact all their RC cars were priced below market price. I will be returning because they give discounts to returning customers.”

“Like any other target, this location has a lot of everything. I'm not one for shopping excursions, but I can't help myself here. The only trouble you may run into is finding assistance. It seems a lot of people you see stocking on the floor aren't trained to assist if it's not their department. But I don't find it to be a huge issue as I've been here enough that I know where everything I need is. As targets go, 4 stars is appropriate”

“I went to Best Buy to have a wireless automatic starter put on my car. I was given an appointment for the installation within 2 weeks. Mike greeted me and began the work on the car sooner than scheduled and it took less time than anticipated. “The gentleman the associate on duty was doing it was an awesome he did a great job he was very friendly I liked how they had the key the key for the restroom was was attached to like a bucket a little like a little small little bucket a little pail it was kind of interesting the store was very well clean kept and maintained and the gentleman was very friendly and it was just a great place I like 7-Elevens don't you I love those slurpees but I didn't have time for a slurpee today wonderful wonderful Charlottesville Virginia has some awesome awesome 7-Elevens inside their Exxon stores”
