“William and Mae have been so helpful with framing projects over the last few years. High quality craftsmanship with a creative, artistic approach that produces top shelf results. You won’t be disappointed with the finished product.”
“This is a one of a kind, special place. A beautiful art gallery on-top of the hills, positioned perfectly in these magical woods. The building itself is a work of art. You can feel Hagan's passion, and the rest of the curators here are also knowledgeable and excited to share. Take a mini adventure and check it out. Even though everything about this place is world class, there is a welcoming feeling, not pretentious.”
“This artist co-op is full of such creative and wonderful items. There is pottery, clocks, jewelry, hanging art, etc. prices are affordable and expected from local artists. Take a moment to look around and support the local artists. I bought a pottery bowl and a necklace. Both are beautiful and unique. This is a great place to find gifts for you or others in your life.”
“We did an artisans studio tour and I thing this was our favorite that we visited. My wife says that we will definitely be going back to visit again. Lots of beautiful items to choose from, friendly people there also.”
“Had two prints from year 1893 from Paris.
Came out fantastic! I recommend bringing all prints to The great Frame Up!!!
Great service

“Geoff is amazing! You must visit this fabulous store when you come to Charlottesville. Bought a ring, earrings and a cloissone piece of pottery. Reasonable prices and cool stuff!”
“I love this gallery. Everyone is very friendly and sometimes it just takes 15 minutes to look at what they have. Changes monthly. Lots of different exhibits, all very creative.”
“Staff was super helpful! Helped me find a comic I’ve been looking forever it feels like for and we’re very friendly doing it! I will for sure be back next time I’m Downtown!!”
“Very cool artists and art at this center.
Only drawback - the building is old ( and awesome) but its doors are solid wood and kept closed. Artists who are there have...' Come in' signs on their studio door. Somewhat intimatidating. Unlike other art centers that have partial glass windows and glass doors to allow visitors to peek in and see the art work and the doors are kept open. Which is very welcoming. Different vibe here. But cool art when you dare venture into one of those rooms.”
