“I used Taylor's Auto Body Shop recently; they repaired my Mini Cooper's hail damage. Their customer service was outstanding! They proactively reached out to me right after my insurance evaluated the damage. When I brought my car in, they refused to let me Uber... they drove me to work. They were efficient and got everything done faster than originally anticipated. And EVERY employee I came in contact with was so friendly. So many of them have been there for a long time, which speaks to the healthy culture of their business.They did a great job on my car, and even washed her before returning her to me.I hope not to need repairs any time soon, but I will definitely use Taylor's again should I need that sort of assistance.I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!”

“I had my truck towed here after my accident. The first work they did had my truck driving within a few months. The second time my truck was brought in they did extensive body work which also took a few months. All together it took 6 months on and off to fully repair my truck but the end product was wonderful. If they had more personnel it would have been done even quicker. My truck looked like it did when I first purchased it! Thanks guys great job and happy holidays.”

“4 stars instead of 5 because of the website more than the shop. When making online appointment, doesn't tell you that you are not getting OEM part. That was revealed to me at the shop. Extra time to order and of course more money. Which I can understand but would be great if the option was made available during online booking. Staff was great and the work was done professionally.”

What was going to be a way too expensive repair on an older car, turned out to be an incredibly generous repair for much lower. They came and picked up my car and dropped it off for free. They fit me in and were able to get it done in less than a week from when I initially called them. Absolutely incredible service!! I would 100% come back here.
