“No one wants to have to have to have a car damage to repair but if you do Caliber on Avon Street is the place to go. That make it as painless as possible. You have to be prepared for delays especially if you need specific replacement parts. They only use OEM approved parts so be patient and get it done right. They keep you informed all along the process. I worked with Alexandria and she was great from initial estimate to final pick up and all along the way. They were also less expensive than the other quality repair places.”

1204 Monticello Road, Charlottesville VA 22902
“Impressive beyond description. We could not be more pleased or recommend this organization more highly. The front office team is amazing—knowledgeable and confident about insurance (they easily took care of numerous questions with our Insurers). They are delightful professionals that garner trust quickly—we are so grateful. The work was done faster than estimated, and is simply flawless. Concerns about functional impact to the damaged charging plug on our plug-in hybrid were completely addressed, and our car is functioning like new. Accidents happen, but having Masters Auto body repair our car back to new was a pleasant, stress-free experience.”

“The Caliber Collision on Northside Drive, north of Charlottesville does a fantastic job, Michael Anderson is a consummate professional. The Caliber Collision on Seminole Trail I would definitely *not* recommend. The woman who answers the phone there is very nice and professional, and she’s alone.”

“When I tell you, I have never experienced such a wonderful and extremely professional team of an auto body shop as I have before going to Taylor’s Auto Body. I am at awe of the integrity of this company and the entire team for helping me navigate the process of my car repairs. This truly is the best place by far and the word of mouth recommendations I have received from many locals in Charlottesville truly reflects the quality of service that Taylor’s provides. I am and will be forever grateful for your service and kindness!”

“Just picked up my ‘56 Chevy truck after leaving it with Steve and his team for some repair and maintenance work. C’ville Classic Cars did an outstanding job. Most important for me was the care and thoroughness with which they approached the work. I was really pleased with their communication as well.”

“We had a really amazing first experience working with Bobby and everyone at cville autobody. They are incredibly friendly and you can tell they want to get to know you on a personal level as well. Some of the best service we’ve received in a while. Their estimate seemed fair, and they didn’t come across as salesy. In fact, the job ended up being less than the estimate. We’ll always get our car work done here going forward.”

“Originally chose Flow because i thought it was still Browns, but they were the most willing about taking my car on short notice. The length of time they had my car was frustrating at times, but I know they are short on help which i understand being that I work in a somewhat similar industry. The work that Flow did on my Ford Fusion was incredible and the car hasnt looked this good since it was new. Jorge was good at keeping me updated on the progress and went over all the repairs with me at pickup including the lifetime warranty on their repairs. Definitely recommend!”
