“Having my Tesla towed was definitely not a good experience, but this tow truck driver made the situation much less stressful. He was very kind, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. The tow truck was very strong and looked well-maintained, and he handled my Tesla very carefully and safely. I was especially impressed by how friendly and considerate he was. I really appreciate his kindness during a stressful situation. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my Tesla! I highly recommend B&M Towing.”

“Surprisingly excellent experience with a towing company! Morris was quick to respond and dispatch, when other companies were 2+ hours of waiting (not what you want to hear on the side of the road). The price was very fair, definitely less than some other local places. I believe Josh was my tow operator and he was awesome. And he put enormous effort in to remove a giant piece of metal from my tire. Above and beyond, give him a raise!”

“When I tell you, I have never experienced such a wonderful and extremely professional team of an auto body shop as I have before going to Taylor’s Auto Body. I am at awe of the integrity of this company and the entire team for helping me navigate the process of my car repairs. This truly is the best place by far and the word of mouth recommendations I have received from many locals in Charlottesville truly reflects the quality of service that Taylor’s provides. I am and will be forever grateful for your service and kindness!”

Then these 2 helped my Uncle who owns a local body shop, he had a break-in and these guys went above and beyond to help out!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Keep up the good work guys!! You are an asset to the community for sure!!!”
