These workouts are tough, but the atmosphere and support is OUT OF THIS WORLD. These ladies and Carly seriously made me feel immediately part of the group and encouraged me throughout the whole workout. This level of training is what I need to reach my fitness goals and I’m so excited to see how this changes my life both physically and mentally. Highly recommended.

I love this place! If you're looking for a new gym and looking to get some one on one help, you can get it here!!! You are in a group, but you still get that one on one here! Also, the atmosphere is great, and there is childcare, so your kids are safe and watched over while you focus on you! My oldest is always asking, "Can we go to the gym, mommy?"

Fantastic gym and community. They are kind, motivating, and encouraging. It’s a tough workout but efficient, and the community makes it worth it. Childcare is fantastic: clean, organized, and they actually play with your child!

Signed up for a 4 week trial, starting week two and I'm enjoying the workouts, the energy of the staff, and the people taking the classes. Challenging but doable, ability to push yourself in a safe environment. If your looking for a group class I highly recommend this place.

I LOVE burn boot camp! My workout group has worked with them multiple times and they are always so motivational and accommodating of various fitness levels. I always feel empowered leaving and will definitely be back!

The BEST workout and instructors! They always have high intensity and positive affirmations throughout the class. I enjoy going to burn boot camp when I have the chance because of the community they create through their workouts!!

Burn Boot Camp is amazing! The variety of the workouts, the oversight and encouragement from the trainers, and the wonderful sense of community from staff and members make it my favorite gym/ workouts EVER! Thank you for what you do to support and encourage us to be our best selves on and off the floor!

I attended a Zoom workout through Burn Boot Camp while in quarantine, and it was exactly what I needed to lift my spirits! Even though I was in a relatively large group, the trainer motivated us individually and made the overall experience feel very personal. I enjoyed the workout, and would definitely train with Burn Boot Camp again!

Have yet to attend a workout at the studio but I’m super impressed with the trainers at Burn. They are able to create a fun and engaging virtual workout for our CHAARG chapter at UVA. They are always encouraging and empowering us throughout the workout. Additionally, the message they share with us at the end of workouts is always uplifting and motivating. I need to go workout in person soon!

A great workout for both beginners and long-time members! It was my first time and I felt no judgment for slowing down or modifying exercises to my comfort level. The instructor was encouraging and gave great individual feedback by quickly learning everybody's names! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

As a member of BBN for the past three years, I have had an amazing experience traveling to various locations and meeting different trainers. This Charlottesville location is by far one of my favorites! The staff is so friendly and treat you like family from the moment you walk into the gym. They have taken COVID very seriously and there are measures in place that make me feel safe to continue to workout in the pandemic! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and welcoming community to workout with!

I recently joined Burn and love it. Everyone is very friendly. They work hard at keeping the members socially distanced and clean environment for the new world we live in. The trainers are awesome. They are always pushing me during the camps. The focus meetings are very helpful, I am looking forward to feeling better and hitting the goals they’ve helped me set. This is a very body positive Burn family... no matter your shape or size, everyone is so welcoming.

I joined Burn a year ago after failing at many gyms. This is the only gym I have attended for this long and actually enjoyed it. They treat you like family and truly care. I love that you are always doing different exercises. For the first time in my life I can do a push up on my toes...next goal pull up and they can help me get there. Would highly recommend.

Such an amazing time at Burn Boot Camp last weekend! Absolutely loved the positive, inspiring, accepting and safe atmosphere of the class. Our coach was awesome - she definitely challenged us all to push ourselves, but in the most encouraging and motivating way. Can't wait to go back soon!

I first tried Burn Bootcamp on a trial basis and ended up committing to a membership. I enjoy the variety as each workout is different and rotates between strength and cardio days. The trainers do a great job of helping you identify what motivates you and then hold you accountable. I think it’s important that while you may end up losing weight, that isn’t the focus. Instead, the focus is on increasing strength and confidence.I also want to mention that they have done a great job during the pandemic. They have increased cleaning protocols as well as offering virtual class options. The trainers also solicit feedback regularly to see what else they can do to improve the experience.
