This is a great group of ladies to train and work out with. Also, it’s so much more interesting to work out here than a normal gyms. We do something different every day and it’s always a great workout.

Wow!! Burn Boot camp has been amazing!! I joined to get a routine going. What I found - getting my exercise routine back! More energy! Stronger! And a tribe that meets me to do this together! The trainers are all awesome giving great pointers every session and 1:1’s helping me keep on track. ☀️
