“I rented cars off and on from Enterprise the last two months. They were accommodating to me in that I would have one for a few days drop off and pick up again in another few days. I was trying to extend my rental coverage from insurance as long as I could ... getting a vehicle on the days I really needed one. They were always courteous and kind. It was always very quick to pick up and drop offs were easy after hours by dropping the keys in the box. The explained everything to me. Great service!!! 100%.”

“Hertz made my renting very easy and amazing I went to drop my car off at the body shop and was told the rental would ready but bc of the insurance didn’t send my information it was a disaster but hertz pushed thru and made everything happen even picked me up from the body shop bc everything was messed up I wish I could remember the guys name but he was totally amazing and I walked away happy thank you hertz”

“It was pretty good, we used it to tour the Shenandoah Valley. The car drove well and it was spacious, and had good legroom. My only complaint is that the car we received had a weird smell. I had to spray some air freshener to remove it.”

“I've heard this location will unfortunately close. I've been using it without any issues for over an year now. Unfortunate that they will only keep a Hertz in the airport, might have to change to a different car rental that's closer to downtown Cville”

“I used Taylor's Auto Body Shop recently; they repaired my Mini Cooper's hail damage. Their customer service was outstanding! They proactively reached out to me right after my insurance evaluated the damage. When I brought my car in, they refused to let me Uber... they drove me to work. They were efficient and got everything done faster than originally anticipated. And EVERY employee I came in contact with was so friendly. So many of them have been there for a long time, which speaks to the healthy culture of their business.They did a great job on my car, and even washed her before returning her to me.I hope not to need repairs any time soon, but I will definitely use Taylor's again should I need that sort of assistance.I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!”
