“This place has a great staff and the manager Mike was really awesome! I had a long term rental as my car was in the shop and they were super flexible when I needed to change vehicle types and when I got a leak in a tire. A busy office but every time I went in, everyone was positive and friendly. You can tell they value your business and a standout for quality customer service.”

“We had a great experience with our Budget car rental from the Charlottesville, VA airport. We arrived early and had to wait for the car, but it was available at the time we had originally requested. The counter staff were helpful, the car was clean, the process for return was straight-forward and we appreciated the map provided for the local area.”

“The process to pick up my car went very fast, which is fantastic since I was in a bit of a rush. I didn't have to wait in line, and within a few minutes I had the keys it was a short walk to pick up my car. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Definitely my easiest rental car experience so far!”
“Flight was delayed and ended up driving to my destination from NC. This location called to check on me to see if I still needed the car. The guy was very polite and really appreciate that.”
