I had a long term rental as my car was in the shop and they were super flexible when I needed to change vehicle types and when I got a leak in a tire. “Absolutely wonderful customer service with agent Samantha. My husband is disabled and not able to fit in most vehicles comfortably. I reserved a sedan and when we got there they did not have any in the lot. She offered an SUV and we said we would go see if it was a good 'fit'.... it was not. When I returned to the desk, she had another customer and acknowledged me with nod. When she was able to work with me, she patiently listened and said, let me call to see if anything had been returned yet.... and there was a sedan that had just come in. She told me it would be cleaned and delivered ASAP.... and IT WAS !!!! Within ten minutes we were on our way. Samantha provided excellent service, with a smile and understanding. Samantha is an asset to AVIS CHO. Thank you, Samantha”
