“A week after July 4th - 250th... Reserved (one way drop) a sub compact SUV, not available, free upgrade to a new Audi Q8, 85 miles on it, smooth ride, great gas mileage, too much hi tech stuff, touch screens are over rated and accidental touches screw up all settings, 12V charging port in between two drink cup holders is an accident waiting to happen and very dangerous, probably short out with first drink spill - not well thought out Audi...
hi tech is very distracting, took an hour to figure out before I could leave the parking lot, and even then I still didn't know where everything was located;
paranoid of damaging the interior since I had a few household items left to move from central VA to south GA, 500+ miles...
Quick n Easy check in, out processes at start and end of trip, staff was very professional and helpful, clean, spacious office.
Would use Enterprise again, recommend, etc... been using for over a decade now”

“I got a rental from Avis, it was having some issues. Called their customer service line about getting a different vehicle. By time this started it was 9pm. When I got a text from a tow truck company at 1030, that they wouldn't show up until almost midnight. I had to call this budget location since they were due to close at midnight.
After a tow, a detour because of a closed bridge I walked in at 1:20 in the morning and Josie was still there to take care of me. I spoke to her a few times letting her know we were running behind a bit (Tow trucks only move so fast). She was an absolute life saver and top notch customer service. Truly what it means to service the customer. She went way above and way beyond, I'm extremely thankful for her consideration of my situation tonight.
She's a rockstar. Thank you again Josie for helping us out tonight. We got a long journey home tomorrow, I greatly appreciate you.”
