It's always a great experience with Christie at Carter Bank and Trust. She is the true definition of customer service with a smile!! Carter is a great little Bank. Real nice folks at this location. Plus I was told they can't sell the bank to some big behemoth. That I like. Had a couple little banks that got sold over the years.

I don't see how someone could 1-star Carter Bank. They're the best bank I've ever had. Tied for first anyway, and the tie is broken by the fact that Carter's charter doesn't allow them to be sold to Bank of "America" or similar ever.
