The Charlottesville office is lazy and unhelpful. I am sorry TDAmeritrade merged with these bumblers from Schwab. You’d think that with $1 million dollars there they’d value your business, but really they’re just collecting a paycheck and want to go home. Bye Bye Schwab and Fidelity here I come.
