Community Self Storage is known for very kind, personable people. Staff are friendly, outgoing, and courteous, and the grounds are well kept and clean with easy access. Customers can rent trucks; one reviewer said it was the cleanest truck ever rented. A U‑Haul van reservation from 4 pm to 8 pm was handled with no problem: the van was returned at 11 am, and no extra fees were charged even though it was 3 hours late. The company sends receipts by email. Overall, the service is fantastic, no hassle, easy rentals, and the staff are amazing and friendly.

Wonderful staff, always friendly, outgoing and personable. Storage units and grounds are well kept, clean, with easy access. Rented a truck, it was the cleanest truck I have ever rented! Staff was phenomenal! Thanks again, will definitely be back!
