“On Christmas Day I was sent out for half and half. Tried everywhere, but of course nothing was open. Went into this store as a Hail Mary, and though they didn’t have any for sale, Sarah and another woman (who didn’t have a name tag on) let me get a bunch of the little cups for coffee. I then tried to buy a cup of coffee, and Sarah didn’t charge me.It was a nice gesture, a note of kindness in a normally impersonal context. This is how you do customer service, and I’ll remember it. “We had a fabulous experience yesterday with Noah P. at this Verizon store in Charlottesville. Our grown daughter was in town for a wedding and was flying back to South America that afternoon. Unfortunately, her iPhone was having lots of trouble and she was hoping to upgrade to the iPhone 16 Pro, but she only had about an hour of time before she needed to get to the airport. Noah quickly understood the situation and helped her get the new phone and transfer all of her data to the new phone in time for her flight. He was highly professional and friendly with a super high level of customer service. It was one of the best interactions we have had a Verizon store. Noah, thanks for all of your help and support during a stressful time for our daughter yesterday afternoon.”
