This studio always offers the best classes. Their heated room and padded floor make stretching and holding poses comfortable and their instruction is always beginner friendly. I feel right at home at Fly Dog!

I went to a power vinyasa hot yoga class—it was so fun! I’d never done a power class before, but it was a perfect mix of relaxing and fast paced. I also really enjoyed the instructor!
