When I walked in the other day looking to upgrade one of my phones, Carlos was incredibly patient and understanding, especially since I don’t always grasp the latest technology. To my surprise, I later learned that he’s actually the manager! It’s clear that he’s the right person for the job—he has such a friendly and personable demeanor, and he never came across as pushy. Carlos even informed me about AT&T’s home internet service, which I had no idea they offered. I mentioned that I have a business studio that requires reliable internet, and he helped me realize that switching to AT&T would save me money without sacrificing quality.
There was a small issue with my account that needed addressing, and Carlos took the initiative to jot down my phone number to communicate with me via text. This level of customer service made me feel valued and supported. A few days later, I returned to the store to upgrade more devices, and I was thrilled to see Carlos again. It was wonderful to witness how he interacts with his staff; he’s a fantastic leader and truly sets a positive tone in the store.
I also want to give a shout-out to Dana, who has helped me in the past. Her energetic personality and cheerful spirit really brightened my day, especially since I’ve been facing some personal challenges. I love her playful banter with the other staff members; it creates such a welcoming atmosphere.
This store has become my go-to spot. No matter where I am, even if I find myself in another city, I’ll make it a point to come back here. I highly recommend this location, thanks to the exceptional service from Carlos and Dana!”
