“I highly recommend By Word of Mouth to anyone looking for an excellent auto shop. I was so impressed by their professionalism, transparency and effective communication. After working with dozens of mechanics over the years I was so blown away with their consistency in updates. I was used to calling shops over and over to try and find out what might be going on and this experience was such a refreshing change. When I received my 10 year old vehicle back it drove like it was brand new again!”

240 Pantops Ctr, Charlottesville VA 22911
“After calling all over town all morning, this location was able to take me in for an oil change and state inspection, (a big ask to do all in a day) and it was fantastic!! every single person working was incredibly nice and helpful, even with a full waiting room, and I was in and out within 3 hours! Absolutely no “upselling” vibes and as a young woman I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of or anything of the sort (which I have felt at other repair shops), I couldn’t be more pleased!! 100% recommend and will be coming back here again :)”

“The only time I will go to the dealership is if it something specific to the brand or recommended by these guys. They are wonderful, they do good honest work, are very professional and knowledgeable, and I 100% trust them with the vehicles of my family. There is never a thought about going elsewhere and I highly recommend them!”
