I feel silly even writing a review about a pet store however, I’m frustrated. I’ve been coming to this store for at least 3 years now. I come WEEKLY, every Thursday for crickets. BUT, recently, I have been FOUR different occasions for crickets and can not get an associate to assist me because they are short staffed for whatever reason. Being someone in the customer service industry I understand how that can make the job difficulty- but the job should still be done!
Anyway, I went yesterday and asked if they’d get their cricket delivery on Thursday (which is when they normally get crickets) just to make sure BECAUSE the crickets have been elusive from this store lately! They say yes, so cool, I’ll be back. Well I get there and they are FULLY stocked on bugs but I can’t get an associate to assist me. So I left with no crickets. AGAIN. I have been driving out of my way to Petco bc they always have what I need and there’s literally always someone at the front to help.
I’m mostly upset because I've been a loyal customer for a few years now, I’m very patient as the associates finish doing whatever they need to do (I’ve waited 10-15 minutes before!) and 1/2 the time the associates aren’t even that nice!

This store NEVER has anything I need for my pet. Every visit they tell me that the other store has it. I live 5 minutes away so this is the most convenient store for me but it's very frustrating that they never have what I need even though there website says they carry the product

Got a great cat tree here that my cats love. They helped me move it to my car. Overall, a great experience each time I go. I’d stay away from Whisker City products, however.

I’m not sure how this is not animal cruelty. They have other fish in tanks that have way more room, but these fish literally look dead. They aren’t moving, but are very much alive. Sad way to live; made me very depressed that I had to leave.

My sweet Bella had a grooming appointment today, I got there the time of my appointment to find out they canceled my appointment, they claim they called and left a message WASN’T NOT TRUE. As much money l spend there, someone could call and apologize. I asked Alex who claim they called me he didn’t answer me nor apologized for the inconvenience. Definitely will not shop nor get my sweet girl groomed there.
