Me and my Nana have been visiting this store from out of town for years, have been to several pottery barns and the staff at this location are the BEST! So welcoming and kind, will always make the trip to Charlottesville just so we can go to this pottery barn!

We popped in here to look at furniture we’ve been thinking about buying and the staff was so extremely helpful and friendly! They even let our dog come in with us. 10 out of 10 customer service!
