In a time when so many storefronts are disappearing, it’s refreshing to walk into a store that feels like family. The atmosphere at this Red Wing location is welcoming, genuine, and worth both your time and money.

The employees who work here Quint and Jhonny were extremely helpful of trying to find the correct size for me due to one of my feet being wider than the other I struggle to find correctly fitting shoes.They were extremely helpful and found that other red wing stores had the shoes for my size and gave me important information on how I can properly care for these shoes and overall were a general blessing. Definitely go to them they're amazing.

Sean R and Mark G set me up with a fantastic pair of boots last weekend. I got the Irish setter Clearwater with a nice insole. They helped me find the perfect boot for my daily wear. As soon as I got in the store I was helped immediately with a warm smile and a great attitude! Thats what I’m talking about gentlemen. Whoever your boss is he must be really happy to have you guys behind the counter. We will see how long the boots last! But that has nothing to do with the great customer service I received! Get these two a beer on the house. They deserve it

When I got there at opening time ( which was late in the morning) the door was locked. I saw someone in the store and they did not open the door in the 10 minutes I waited. Really wanted to buy a pair of boots. Was denied doing that by your lazy employee.

Higher priced shoes but are definitely worth it. Excellent customer service and the fact that they will give shoes I've bought from them before a clean up and new strings keeps me coming back anytime I need a shoe for a new challenge in life. This time, it was working in the cold.

Go to an actual store? I'm so used to shopping for everything online, that when I found a pair of Red Wing boots I wanted, I tried to buy them online, but they were back ordered. I ended up going to the actual store, and I'm SO VERY GLAD that I did. They did some high-tech foot measurement and gate pressure testing, and they found me boots that fit better, were more comfortable, AND less expensive. Store manager, Mark, was the epitome of customer service as we worked through these issues and back-and-forth to the stock room he went to try to make it right for me. If you need boots, go here. They'll take care of you!

I just purchased my Iron Rangers today! I can't express enough gratitude to Mark for guiding me through the fitting process. I was initially concerned that they wouldn't fit since I usually wear a 13 EE. However, after being fitted for a standard 13, they felt fantastic. Mark took the time to explain the fit and how they were meant to feel. I'm excited to wear them to work!
