Order was extremely hard to place. You're trying to talk with someone who doesn't speak clear English & who won't even listen to you. Trying to order is horrible. But...as always my tech (Marcus) who delivered was great.

Delivery went smoothly and quickly. The driver however did not call before coming. It was a surprise visit. When he arrived it went smoothly and Marcus was very professional and helpful
