I had a reservation from 4pm-8pm for a uhaul van, I did not show up until 4:40pm but they had no problem with that. They said that since the return would be after hours they were just going to set it for 8am the next morning. Well, I sort of got screwed over by my landlord and I wasn't done with it by 8pm that day, nor 8am the next morning. I returned it around 11am. They didn't even mention that it was 3 hours late, they didn't charge me any extra fees, I just handed them my keys and got a receipt by email. Fantastic service, thank you so much!”
