“I have been a customer of Local Storage Fluvanna since 2021. I had some questions about moving units and was a little lost. Max in Customer Service was super helpful and answered all of my questions and was able to merge my two units into one account since I accidentally reserved my new unit with a different account. His help made me glad that I rent from Local Storage Fluvanna and that their customer service has remained fantastic since 2021!”
“Have been using a space here for about 4 years and never had an issue. Clean, secure, reliable temperature control, convenient, and friendly staff- although I rarely needed to talk to anyone.”
“I just removed all my belongings after being in stored in two of their climate controlled units. Everything was still in perfect condition. No semblance of moisture damage or any evidence of bugs. I am a clean freak, so this is saying a lot. On the few occasions I had to contact management they were always kind and responsive. It is experiences like this that remind me why I support small business.”

“These are nice clean and temp controlled units and anytime we’ve needed help or had issues, someone has been quick to respond. We have been using them for several years now, the location is also great.”
