Not really a Verizon corporate store, they are a third party, we set up an appointment over the phone with Verizon customer service for a client to migrate their phone number once the client showed up to his appointment this location denied service to a Verizon customer and told them they would only do migration if they bought the phone from them which I'm absolutely sure violates their agreements with Verizon so imagine that, I would not trust them, imagine how bad of an image that creates for Verizon the brand, I'm predicting the future here, this is how Sprint became and I'd say Verizon with their old CDMA technology and bad third-party stores will be the next wireless giant to go belly up.

After having a problem with my account and not being able to resolve it over the phone, I went to this store after work to get it figured out. After being greeted, I barely got the words “I need help with my account” out before the guy immediately said “you have to do that online or over the phone, we can’t help you here.” The next day I went to the ruckersville store and they helped me no questions asked, were very kind, and informed me that this store was a “corporate” store that had the ability to fix my problem without needing help from Verizon call center. So whoever I talked to just didn’t want to deal with me. I will do everything in my power to never go to this store, I’m not giving them a dime. Go to Ruckersville if you need help.

I have dealt with other Verizon stores but I will no longer be dealing with them this one on Rio Rd. will be getting my business from now on the manager of this sore is excellent he went out of his way to help me along with his employees. They are busy and you may have to wait but aleast they seem to know what's going on and won't steer you wrong.

Friendly and efficient staff. You can make an appointment. They helped me solve a problem with my phone efficiently. I bought my phone here and I'll buy my next one here because of the staff.

This is (currently) the only Corporate Verizon store in the area, the others are satellite locations. This is your best bet for inventory. Stopped at a satellite store for a new phone, but it wasn't in stock. Drove here, and had options. Easy set-up, employees were very helpful.

i’m not one to leave reviews, but i am so disappointed and upset with my experience that i feel like i have to. i went into this store wanting to upgrade to the newest iphone. i had a great experience while i was in the store, however, this was not the case after i had left. when i tried setting up my new phone, i noticed i couldn’t transfer my number over. i went into a different verizon store to see why this was happening. my phone number had be deleted and switched to a whole new number on my account. my two phone plans had also been completely switched around. they had messed up everything on my account. i can’t even get into my account anymore. do NOT go here.

Brent in this store, lied to me about how much the Verizon bill would change after we added the 4th line. He quoted me 247 dollars. The bill went up to 300 dollars, I asked multiple times to just upgrade my phone, and he kept saying it would be cheaper to add the 4th line. I took his advice, he also told me that it would be more expensive just to upgrade my phone. also refused to show me the price difference after multiple times of me asking him. I will recommend the store, however I would not recommend Brent, as he is a liar, and forces product down your throat. I came in for an upgrade and yes I did decide another phone would be useful for work, however if he was honest and straightforward, I would’ve just upgraded my phone, instead of being lied to.
