OMG, today I got on with chat and finally got to a real person to change my mailing address on. the website which has been wrong for a year. I had to repeat my what I wanted and what was necessary 6 times. They obviously had not read my chats where I explained things. finally after 45 mins I got a rep to call and we straightened it out.
Awful, I wish there was a better everything but a better internet company but we are at the mercy of what is in our area.
This is an example of the kind of care we are getting now that it is all computer responses.

If I can give them -0* I will be happy. Very very bad service. I bought I phone 16 pro max $1263.59 . I paid my credit card. They charged me twice. I asked the salesman why you charged two times he told me unfortunately I did that ,One transaction amount return to your credit card but still I didn’t receive my money. Don’t put your any bank card this company, they are some employees are trying to scam your bank card. Today I run xfinity stor to Bank of America but my problem was not resolved yet. My credit card also charged me interest too.please look at my pictures. Now I can’t buy anything my credit card. If someone knows how can I take them proper action let know please.

Today, on May 9, 2025, I arrived at this location around 11:50 AM for a scheduled appointment at 12:00 PM. By the time I completed the check-in process, it was 11:55 AM. Jerry, the representative, was informed of my appointment; however, he instructed the staff member handling check-ins, saying, 'Don’t worry about it, I got it,' and proceeded to assist another individual who did not have an appointment. I found this behavior to be quite disrespectful, and I also perceived an element of racial bias, as the individual he chose to assist was a white woman while I am of mixed heritage.

It’s pretty insane that we pay $110/month for internet and we’re not even able to stream a tv show and use our phones at the same time. Can’t wait for the competing provider to add lines to our neighborhood so we can drop Comcast and pay less for internet.

The gentlemen who helped us were great! They fixed my sister’s phone with little to no issues, and she hasn’t had any problems since. Super professional and understanding workers, even in a time crunch, they got it done!

I don't know if everyone else has the same experience as I. I signed up with Xfinity(Comcast) two years ago, at the time the monthly quoted for $120 a month for business line (internet plus landline in one box), and they have a discount if I sign up for automatic payment which was $10 off per month. I signed up but the only discount was only applied one time within that two years contract. I've called the customer service line but they couldn't explain why my bill was over what was quoted and never get the credit for it. Ever since my bill was between $135 to $150 each month and I hardly use the phone and the internet. My contract due to expire this July, I'll definitely going to make the switch.
