We had the pleasure of being helped by Skylar at the AT&T store during a busy holiday when she was the only employee working due to a call-out. Despite the extra pressure, Skylar remained personable, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about all the products and services. She efficiently helped multiple customers without ever making anyone feel rushed or forgotten.
Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out, especially under such challenging circumstances. It’s clear she goes above and beyond to ensure every customer has a great experience. Skylar definitely deserves recognition from management—she’s an asset to the team and worthy of a raise or promotion!
P.S. adding a few more chairs might be beneficial!

So my wife ordered me the new iPhone 16 for my birthday online we went into the store and met Neal and another young gentleman and they tried their hardest for about three hours to get my phone to work. They cannot get the phone to work that day so I came in the next day,Neal and another young lady helped me out. They took him about another two hours, but they finally got my phone right I would be leaving a five star review if it would’ve been in and out, but I will say the team over there, tried their hardest and finally did figure out how to get my phone turned on. Thank yall very much

I want to thank Neal and Kee Kee at S. Battlefield Blvd, Chesapeake 23322 for some incredible customer service! I came in this store discouraged and ready to go to another provider. After 30mins with this knowledgeable and patient staff, myself and my other 2 lines are happily still members of the ATT family. Thank you for making the madness, manageable team!!

Had a wonderful experience working with both the manager, Tylique and Melanie last week. They were patient, professional, and personable while helping work through several issues/processes on multiple phones with our family. I greatly appreciated them going above and beyond to make sure everything was correct and to our satisfaction. I cannot recommend working with them more!

Poor service without desire to work. The guy in the store did not want to help me with a prepaid card issue when I have been suggested to go to a physical AT&T stores by the customer service. The store was empty at the time.

I'd like to compliment the South Battlefield Chesapeake Virginia store manager, Kevin, who took great care of my phone needs on Monday October 6th. I highly recommend visiting this AT&T store when you need service and products. Kevin was patient, professional, helpful, and fun!

I’d give this place a negative score if I could at best a zero. My sister is an authorized user of my account and went into the store to by my Father who is not doing very well. His phone was (key word was) on my account. His phone died and my sister went in to buy a phone for me as an authorized user.Well Alyssa at the store put the wrong address on the order and the phone is now lost in the bowels of the UPS hub in the area. I talked to Alyssa on the phone and she tried to tell me that my sister put the wrong address in. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!? My sister put the wrong address of the store that Alyssa is employed? Really!Any time I call the store they say there is no manager on duty and won’t be there for some number of days. All this when you call to speak to a manger, no one picks up, and you call back and miraculously there is no manager.So what that means is there is no supervision and certainly ZERO accountability at this store and I’m learning also at AT&T corporate “customer service.”Since the phone is in limbo, we just moved my Dad’s phone to my sister’s account, which is a different carrier. I will soon be behind them once this is resolved.Honest to God, I’ve not ever dealt with service this atrocious. Because of the lack of their accountability at the store, I’ve not talked to my 84 year father in some time.If you care about the people you call, and want a responsible sales person and company, stay away from Prime services AT&T stores.
