Received excellent customer service from Morgan! He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He quickly put my anxiety regarding the availability and use of my new phone to rest. He is a great asset to the AT&T Store and it's customers. Thank you Morgan!

Poor service without desire to work. The guy in the store did not want to help me with a prepaid card issue when I have been suggested to go to a physical AT&T stores by the customer service. The store was empty at the time.

I'd like to compliment the South Battlefield Chesapeake Virginia store manager, Kevin, who took great care of my phone needs on Monday October 6th. I highly recommend visiting this AT&T store when you need service and products. Kevin was patient, professional, helpful, and fun!

I’d give this place a negative score if I could at best a zero. My sister is an authorized user of my account and went into the store to by my Father who is not doing very well. His phone was (key word was) on my account. His phone died and my sister went in to buy a phone for me as an authorized user.Well Alyssa at the store put the wrong address on the order and the phone is now lost in the bowels of the UPS hub in the area. I talked to Alyssa on the phone and she tried to tell me that my sister put the wrong address in. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!? My sister put the wrong address of the store that Alyssa is employed? Really!Any time I call the store they say there is no manager on duty and won’t be there for some number of days. All this when you call to speak to a manger, no one picks up, and you call back and miraculously there is no manager.So what that means is there is no supervision and certainly ZERO accountability at this store and I’m learning also at AT&T corporate “customer service.”Since the phone is in limbo, we just moved my Dad’s phone to my sister’s account, which is a different carrier. I will soon be behind them once this is resolved.Honest to God, I’ve not ever dealt with service this atrocious. Because of the lack of their accountability at the store, I’ve not talked to my 84 year father in some time.If you care about the people you call, and want a responsible sales person and company, stay away from Prime services AT&T stores.

Been using this store for years but not anymore.Went to upgrade phone and get plan changed as we don’t use all the data we have now.First she told me I could not buy my new phone outright ? If I can do it on line why can’t I do it in store ?Second the plan most recommended on line( thru my app) she could not give me, quoted me $15 higher. Could not explain discrepancy and could not honour what their own site showed in my change plan options.I left frustrated and will try another location who might have more experienced staff

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A PHONE COMPANY IVE HAD!!!!For starters the sales lady was on the phone with someone the entire time. Which wouldn’t of been a issue but it just told me she wasn’t paying attention to anything I had to say. She set my account up so I paid the taxes on my phone. Then I notice she gave me the wrong phone. When I explained to her she gave me the wrong one she corrected it but still charged me a restocking fee when it was her fault. When I asked her if she was charging me a restocking fee she lied to me and said she wasn’t. She also couldn’t even help me set up my new phone. She told me they didn’t have any bags and told me I can set it up at home by myself. When I got home I looked at my email to see AT&T said the transfer pin was incorrect. Mind you the sales lady is the one who took the pin off my phone to put it in the computer. So I spent my entire night on the phone with my old provider and AT&T trying to fix it. Then I spent my entire Sunday at a AT&T store because my cellular was not working correctly. I have had this company now for over 24 hours and i still have no information on the account she set me up with. I don’t have a FAN number and I don’t have my account number. So now I have to drive two hours back to this store to get the information I SHOULD OF RECEIVED on Saturday.I am not going to let this store and sales consultant give me a bad outlook on AT&T. All I am going to say is don’t go to this store it’s a hassle and a waste of time and money.edit 5/12/23 Emailed them like they asked and no responce since..

I switched my phone plan from Verizon to ATT and needed a new sim card. The young lady was professional but lacked any problem solving skills. It was mind boggling. She wasn’t able to update my IMEInumber and told me i needed to call customer service. “I do not have a phone to call customer service” at the ATT store they were not able to call customer service to do it. We asked for a manager and her manager was off today and they are not allowed to contact the manager. During this time another gentleman walked in the door at 6:32pm (store closes at 7:00) she refused service after 6:30 which is store policy to not help any customers after 6:30 and she said she was actually going to close the door at 6:30 but I was in. The hours of operation should be changed to reflect actual customer service hours. He really needed a new phone and she let money walk out the door and as a business owner I would be upset about that.She was very professional, the whole time, and I know I did get attitude with her because of her or this locations policies and I left with no phone service and only Wi-Fi.I’m already regretting this decision of coming back to AT&T.Edit: the next day i went to another ATT location. They informed me that i were a 3rd party dealer and i would need to go to a corporate store to meet my specific need and directed me to the closest corporate location. It seems that this is what the issue was here at this location but the employee did not know that and wasted time that I could’ve gone to another location that night to get my phone in order.

Skylar and Jennifer went above and beyond with my issue, I don’t live in the area (was passing by), saw this location and try to see if they can solve the issue, other stores in my area couldn’t figure out what the issue is, I’m glad I did went here, they are angels!!!! I can’t thank you enough for their help and supportJennifer and Skylar… A BIG THANK YOU!!!

I have been here every time I have a problem with one of my phones or need to upgrade. The staff here is small and I expect if my timing is wrong I may have to wait, but the staff are always very helpful and honest and take good care of me every time. Will only go here for service and products. Thanks!

Jen & Skylar were SO kind, helpful & just lovely people. Both were able to make the wait enjoyable and were easy to talk to. When I went back in with a question later that night, they both took more than adequate time to try to solve it. They ROCK!

Jessica was very helpful when all the phone representatives were not trying to help me purchase my phone through customer service. Ordered a phone 3 different times and was flagged as fraud when I followed everything I was told. Very unpleasant experience , until I went into the store and Jessica made sure it was correct and even followed up. She deserves a promotion and raise.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Jennifer & Skylar. They are so patient and answered every question we had. I have never had such a positive experience at a mobile carrier store. Usually the experience feels rushed and chaotic. They were very professional and can help you with any questions you may have with integrity, honesty, and patience. Everyone in the store commented on how professional and what a great experience Jennifer, Skylar and the store provided. What a difference it makes to work with someone so positive. We definitely will be back and can’t recommend this store and employees enough!!!!!
