I was at the AutoZone for a battery pickup, and I couldn't have gotten a more helpful and delightful employees than Steven, and Garrett . They were awesome, from retrieving my old battery from my vehicle and carrying the new one back !! It's a great feeling when workers go the extra mile to make your trip there so pleasant!!

Jen is my first hero. When i broke down on side of road. Third store we called begging for a battery to get us home. 1 hr away. She dispatched kevin the parts delivery guy who is a great hero in picking us up. Delivering us a battery so we can get home. They were amazing. Thank you

I failed to get the sales person's name, but he was an African American--tall. I approached the cashier and he greeted me, looked up the part I needed, and escorted me to the appropriate aisle. He made sure I had the proper part, charged me for the purchase, and installed my headlight bulbs. Excellent service! My arrival time was around 5:38 pm on Thursday, May 23, 2014. I appreciate his kindness and chivalry.

I love coming to this establishment. The customer service you get here is absolutely amazing. The guys here go above and beyond a special shout out to verdelle. He's one of the managers. He does an amazing job. Checking your vehicles and installing things without any complaints which he doesn't really have to do so I appreciate coming out here and I don't even live in Chesapeake. Come if you can you'll thank me.???

Went in to get one tire changed and ended up needing all four changed. Whoever serviced me was very attentive and I really appreciated it. They got me in and out. I will always go back to them for my car needs.

As soon as I came in the door I was instantly greeted by Jaden. He helped me get my check engine light scanned and took the time to explain what's going on and give me some recommendations on what I should do. If you go to the kempsville location ask for Jaden he's very professional, knowledgeable and actually knows what he was talking about!!
