The staff at Banfield are so nice. Amy and Kim have always been so nice and helpful when I come in to buy Bernyis food. Unfortunately Bernyi has come to where he is going to cross over the rainbow bridge but I will always the girls at Banfield and their warm welcomes. Love you girls! ❤️

I will say it depends on what location on how good or bad the service is. Banfield in Great Bridge has amazing staff and they are so caring!!

We have been using Banfield for years. My fur babies get great care from the techs and Vets. Thank you all for all you do for our fur babies.
