Truist is adjusting branch services for health and safety, with drive-thru teller service, appointments for in-person visits, and some closures. Staff are described as very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, kind, nice, and friendly. One customer had a very pleasant and quick first visit. However, the ATM has been out of service for months, and the drive-through service can be slow with some confusion in line order, taking much longer than a working ATM would. Some customers plan to return to this location for future business.

I used this Truist branch for the first time this morning and it was very pleasant; I was served quickly and their staff was very nice! Will be returning to this location for future business instead of the JANAF location that I typically use by my job.
