Great customer service. Quick, easy checkout. However, the SUV they rented me was filthy inside and out. Not sure why the car wasn’t washed before handing it to me. Had to immediately go to the car wash.

I was a little worried about renting a vehicle from here based on the reviews, but I had an overall very positive experience. The car exterior was not very clean, but exterior was good. Not much different than renting from enterprise. Employee’s were friendly and got me on my way quickly.

They took my reservation and had a car. Unlike enterprise which called me up moments before I was to get a car to tell me they didn't have any. So, I'll be dealing with Budget from now on.
