“Enterprise service was amazing! Initially booked online and when they called to confirm, they didn’t have the vehicle requested. I decided to switch style of car and proceed. I appreciated the fact that they called to advise however when I got there the requested vehicle was ready and available. The entire process took was less than 30 minutes. “One thing you can count on at car rental companies is that reservations for a particular vehicle is never a guarantee. I think in all my 50 plus years of renting cars through my corporate account. I probably got the car they GUARANTEED 35% of the time. 20% of the time some discount or upgrade was offered. This was usually at a airport location. Most of time they defer to the person who already has a vehicle an extension of rental. It makes since because it brings in greater profit. That leaves you missed off and feeling betrayed. That's the new business model of we don't really care how you feel. I get a paycheck either way. Your complaints fall on deaf ears (LITERALLY) to an A.I. response system.”

“I just want to address the most professional Budget/ Avis Team member I have experienced in 36 years of car renting. I picked up a car in Dulles and drove to Chesapeake. I noticed a pricing issue and visited this location. Amy was compassionate, professional and caring. She listened to my issues and made it her problem to fix. I literally had goose bumps when she fixed my issue. Budget / Avis needs more team members like her. She deserves a raise, a day off and a promotion.
P.S. I rent vehicles around the world and she was the best!!!”

“Needed a rental while my car was in the bodyshop. Insurance Company made the arrangements, Enterprise came to pick me up. I didn't like the car they had assigned to me. They were very accommodating in changing car and had another one ready in a few minutes (even if their lot was almost empty). Nice experience, pleasant employees.”
