“My wife and I used VA Carpet Connection for the new floors in our house. Steve is very pleasant to talk with and the price and materials were good.
My advice would be to make sure everything you want is put down in writing on the order form so there is no confusion.
We had some issues with the floors after install but they came out and fixed them in less than 48 hours.
It wasn't a totally flawless transaction but the major issues were corrected and I have revised my review because of that.”

I could not be happier with both his handling of our situation and the finished job. Also very impressed with the installation team.
