Carpets near Portsmouth, VA

“Had carpet installed in the whole house. Several issues with carpet coming loose and raveling in various locations. We we weren’t impressed with installation. Some transitions not in straight line. Dave said he would return to replace the transitions and “patch” the area where the carpet has obviously come loose (in an area with very little if any traffic). He was supposed to return the first Wednesday in August and it is now September 8 and still nothing. We have called and receive no call back.
PS We had recently had the planking installed and Dave said they could reuse the transitions and make it work, most transitions are beaten flat, nail heads are coming through and the carpet is coming up from behind the transitions.

UPDATE: Dave and his crew came back out to evaluate the situation and did what was needed to ensure that we were satisfied. We are happy with the end result. Thanks for making things right.”
