My advice would be to make sure everything you want is put down in writing on the order form so there is no confusion.
We had some issues with the floors after install but they came out and fixed them in less than 48 hours.
It wasn't a totally flawless transaction but the major issues were corrected and I have revised my review because of that.”

Their prices are extremely competitive, their customer service is good, and the installation of flooring is first-rate. I'm not just saying this as a one-time customer, I've been using their services since they were known as KC Furniture over near the Blockbuster in Churchland. That's right, Blockbuster video.
