“I had an outstanding experience with Floors Unlimited, truly world class from start to finish. To give some context, I had LVP flooring installed previously by another contractor, and the job was honestly terrible. It left me frustrated and skeptical about going through the process again. From the moment I connected with Floors Unlimited, that completely changed. Kevin came out first to assess everything and take measurements. You can immediately tell he knows his craft. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to really understand what needed to be corrected, not just rushed through it. His experience and attention to detail gave me a ton of confidence right from the start. Then Will handled the entire install himself, which was impressive in itself. He completed the job in just three days, and I still can’t get over the quality of the work. Watching him work, you could see how methodical and precise he is. Everything was done with intention and care. The floors came out absolutely flawless. On top of that, Will was great to communicate with throughout the entire process. Professional, respectful, and clearly takes pride in what he does. After dealing with a bad experience before, this was exactly what I was hoping for and more. The difference in quality is night and day. I would never go anywhere else and highly recommend Floors Unlimited to anyone looking for top-tier flooring work.”

“I am a local real estate professional and have worked with Jeff and Family Flooring on multiple occasions. I can not say enough positive things. I have recommended Family Flooring to my clients replacing and upgrading flooring, looking for a quality business with excellent customer service, prompt responses and every time exceeding expectations. Jeff stands on his company and warranties. I have had several properties with leaks and his company has come in and removed, repaired and replaced flooring. They have installed flooring to uninstall same flooring because of a leak and then gone back and fixed the subfloor and put the floor back..all with ease of service and going more than above and beyond. This is a perfect example of supporting local and receiving excellence.”

“Pleasant to work with. Knowledgeable. Steve talks pretty fast and I had to get him to repeat a few things. Pleased with the price and the experience. I’ll use them again.”
