“I used USA Cabinet Store Chesapeake for my recent bathroom remodel because I liked the quality of their display cabinets. They delivered exactly what they promised within the quoted price and timeline. I'm impressed by how much better my bathroom looks and functions now. It was a very positive experience.”

“Just ask for tom McDonald. His customer service is exemplary, in my dealings with him his service is outstanding and an asset to the company. I don’t buy much maybe 2 k per month but he treats me with respect and always tries to give me the best prices . Thank you tom Mac”
“Great store. I went in with some pictures and measurements and they were able to help me get exactly what i need for a diy plumbing job. Prices were better than big box, and service was unmatched.”
“I am a local real estate professional and have worked with Jeff and Family Flooring on multiple occasions. I can not say enough positive things. I have recommended Family Flooring to my clients replacing and upgrading flooring, looking for a quality business with excellent customer service, prompt responses and every time exceeding expectations. Jeff stands on his company and warranties. I have had several properties with leaks and his company has come in and removed, repaired and replaced flooring. They have installed flooring to uninstall same flooring because of a leak and then gone back and fixed the subfloor and put the floor back..all with ease of service and going more than above and beyond. This is a perfect example of supporting local and receiving excellence.”
“Second trip to store looking for the same item, wasn’t sure if it was the best price but after checking other stores realized it was the best and the product was better too. Really love this store and its employees. Kudos to all.”

“Cassidy was such a help when it came to designing my bathroom. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She was so patient and understanding when I wanted to change my original choices for the fixtures. When the manufacturer of our shower surround shorted us an installation clip, Cassidy got on the phone right away and had the missing part expedited to my home directly from Canada. Our toilet base arrived damaged and again, Cassidy was quick to get a new one shipped out ASAP. Such great customer service! I would not hesitate to use Noland and Cassidy in the future. I wholeheartedly would recommend this business to anyone in need of a bathroom remodel.”
