“I had to throw the mattress away after getting constant back pain and stiffness on my neck. Bob went above and beyond with his customer service and I got an excellent deal on a mattress that puts me to sleep very fast. Bob is very knowledgeable with his mattresses and will make things right if things go wrong. The prices here are way better than other mattress places. If you want high quality mattresses with a reasonable price, come to this location and ask for Bob! I will come back again for a new pillow eventually! Haha. Thank you Bob! I suffer back pain and the mattress with the remote helps with my back. I can adjust the bed to a better position and rarely toss and turn in bed now. If you're suffering back pain, come to this location for a better mattress.”

He even arranged for me to try a few to judge the softness. He rang up the sale and confirmed delivery with me. “I was in need of a mattress & decided on Matress Firm as they were running really good sales for 4th of July, I was not completely sure of what I wanted & could afford, when I walked in Mike greeted me immediately, he was very polite & courteous, he ask if I had an idea of what I wanted & I told him I wanted to see several types & I needed something firm, he proceeded to show me different ones & it came down to 2 different ones a pillow topper or foam, he explained the difference between the 2. He answered all of my questions & concerns, he did not rush me & was very patience with me, he wanted to make sure I as going to be completely happy with my choice of the one I decided to purchase, I went with the foam due to the quality of the mattress, how comfortable it was to lay on & all that it offers for a reliable comfortable mattress for side sleepers. Mike was very knowledgeable of the mattresses & I was completely satisfied with the service I received with him, Mike was outstanding! Thank you for caring about your customers making sure they are very aware of what they are buying.”

“Excellent work!!!! Our home exterior is **** ********* Brandon comes out annually to inspect the exterior. This year, he found the beginnings of a moisture issue. His crew came out and repaired the problem area, having to rebuild a column on the house. After they had completed the job, you would never have known they had repaired the area. It was perfect!! We highly recommend B K Williams!!!”

“Edith was nice but very blunt basically telling me that if we didn't make our payment they would call and call the references and then come knock on our door to get payment. I found it to come off rude. Then I asked if I'd be able to pick up the system today and she said no we have to deliver it so that we know where you live. Again found that to be off putting.”

She was so kind and sweet to anybody that was passing by and the guest that she was helping. she was answering the phone, capturing order, pick ups doing returns and checking out all with Grace. “Its as target as targets get. The items are mostly all decent quality, the layout is easy to navigate, and the large parking lot is almost always busy with activity. The staff is for the most part good at solving any issues you might have.”
