“I had a great experience at Mattress Firm (Edinburgh). The manager (Monica) and the other employee were extremely polite and helpful. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and got their professional input, laid on a couple different mattresses & tried a couple different pillows. I made the purchase and told them when I'd like it delivered. You even get to track the delivery truck on your delivery date so you know exactly when it's going to arrive. The delivery guys were extremely polite and quick. I showed them were to set the bed up. They had it in the house and set up really quick and made sure I was satisfied. I would definitely use Mattress Firm (Edinburgh) in the future and highly recommend it to others.”

“I like this place but you can't ever be sure if they have what you want. Watch the prices sometimes it's not a better deal than the box stores. If you look though and know what pricing is you can usually find a really good deal. It helps that the people are always really nice and will help with whatever you need.”

“Excellent work!!!! Our home exterior is **** ********* Brandon comes out annually to inspect the exterior. This year, he found the beginnings of a moisture issue. His crew came out and repaired the problem area, having to rebuild a column on the house. After they had completed the job, you would never have known they had repaired the area. It was perfect!! “Edith was nice but very blunt basically telling me that if we didn't make our payment they would call and call the references and then come knock on our door to get payment. I found it to come off rude. Then I asked if I'd be able to pick up the system today and she said no we have to deliver it so that we know where you live. Again found that to be off putting.”

“My experience today was awesome thanks to Tabitha at guest services! She was running that thing like she owns the place. She was so kind and sweet to anybody that was passing by and the guest that she was helping. she was answering the phone, capturing order, pick ups doing returns and checking out all with Grace. She was so awesome. I stopped in my tracks, leaving the building realizing I didn’t see her name tag I wasn’t paying attention to it and I wish I had so I stopped one of the workers in the parking lot to ask. He ran inside to check For me. Sometimes I feel we’re so quick to leave reviews when something is inconvenient and maybe we can leave reviews when someone goes that extra mile”
“Its as target as targets get. The items are mostly all decent quality, the layout is easy to navigate, and the large parking lot is almost always busy with activity. The staff is for the most part good at solving any issues you might have.”
