We’re here to help! The staff are great and knowledgeable. The place is always clean, and the plants are always good. The discount plant section is great. The store is organized and stocked well. Senior staff members are knowledgeable and helpful. Customer service is awesome, helping with complicated return items and analyzing issues. Online pickup is easy and the process is great. Flooring orders are handled well; the flooring team answers phones and is responsive. Overall, the service is outstanding and friendly.
The visit to the store was very pleasant. My experience was difficult because of no help assisting me available at the time of my visit. My visit required a lot more time and it delayed me. Need to improve on proper staffing for assisting with customer service.

Garden section offers SUPERB service! Two employees helped me get a cart because they were almost nonexistent inside the store! One of the employees volunteered to mark down my selections from $7 to $4 per pot. I saved a lot of money! I highly recommend the garden center. Beautiful quality plants everywhere!
