Hi I suppose this isn't really a review of the store. More so, this is for the woman I experienced @ the paint center. (She'll know who she is.) The moment I left I wanted to turn around and go back inside because truly I don't understand you. I left anyway because I'm doing this thing where I try not to let miserable people make me miserable too. But dear god, I am still thinking about you and I regret. I wish I had gone back inside. But also think maybe it would've been exactly as I said, not worth it. Only people who do not grow, speak to people the way you spoke to me. I just want to know why you suggested that we can get the manager, but not in at all in a way that was to get me the "help I needed." But instead in way that was cocky, and implied that "I" did something wrong. All I did, was enter the store, and ask you for help you couldn't provide. That's fine though, it happens. But why didn't you just say that? Just tell me you can't do that. I just don't understand what I did for you to speak to me the way you did. You said you don't know what I wanted you to do, I just wanted you to communicate with me like I was a person. But I suppose that's asking too much? And apparently so is asking you anything about paint. I bit my tongue so hard to remain polite because I thought maybe I was imagining it. I wish I had been. Or at least, I hope your not that ugly all the time... Mostly I just wanted to attempt to make you aware that your interactions with people have potential to affect them. And the people you interact with are humans. Real people. THIS is the primary reason I wish we hadn't left. I wish you were able to see my face and hear my voice while I said this because people commonly hide behind a screen to be honest. But if you must know, not that you'd care, I've had an extremely long and stressful week, and it's 9pm on a Friday and I still have work to do. I didn't come to you inconsiderately or rude or like my problems were your problems. I just asked you if you could help me match my paint chip to a swatch... Petty me wants to "apologize for the inconvenience" and the other part of me is screaming this isn't worth my energy. I can just imagine the disregarding laugh and smile you've already shown us. I'm just the stupid customer though, right? Its true, idk shit about paint. But see that's why I came up to you, and said excuse me, and asked you for help. Maybe next time I'll stop by gardening first and ask them my paint questions.

I'm shocked that there are no longer human checkout lines; no cashiers! Every customer is expected to use self check out! So all the cashiers were fired and now I'm expected to work for free as a cashier myself for free; God forbid I make a mistake and get pinched for theft!Absolutely unreal! I will not be returning to Lowe's! I'm sure my local hardware store still has cashiers!

Consistently getting orders and deliveries wrong. Been a month now going on 3rd rejection of material because it is wrong. Seems as though they literally have NO idea what's going on... It's sad.

I like Lowes. I want to like it more but when all you have is self checkout I tend to not want to go. Their one checkout Lane is down in the lumber/contractor area and that's it. Please bring back cashiers.

Customer service Jennine seems bothered when the associate Wayne ask for her help she looked at us like we were bothering her on a question. We bought multiple appliances had a question about the discount she was talking with another employee about non work related not a very service.. Wayne gave me the best excellent experience thank you Wayne ... After two days of my purchased been calling the store been transferred multiple times and no one is picking up

This 5 star review is solely for Sarah, from the merchandising department. I’ve been looking to have plexi glass cut for the past 2 days and was unable to get hold of an associate to get it done. Ran out of time waiting day 1 came back day 2 and Waited around 20 minutes after asking for assistance. I asked Sarah and when she couldn’t get a hold of Dorthy due to her meeting, Sarah took the initiative, put her project on hold and provided A1 World Class Service to a guy just looking to spend his hard earned green backs with the Lowe’s corporation instead of local vendor or the Orange building across the street. This young lady needs a raise, promotion, and her well deserved recognition. I’ll be back in through out the year just to check on Sarah’s development.
