It was a pleasure working with William Artis (#10) in the tile section of Lowe's at Battlefield Blvd N, Chesapeake, VA, 23320. I was able to easily locate him to assist me, he was friendly, and he was knowledgeable about the products! I appreciated his patience as he answered my questions and advised me on the use and pricing so I could make an educated decision on which products to purchase, : )! It's nice to see customer service is still available! I recommend shopping at Lowes Home Improvement store.

Went in the Portsmouth blvd store to pick up an order that was messed up. Supervisor Scott and two other female associates were at the pro station. We stood there for 2-3 minutes and none of them acknowledged us or at least say we be right with you. The cashier at the register Joseph finished his customer so we went over to him and he was very kind and helpful and went to pick up our order as there were no other customers waiting at the time..A few minutes later a customer walked up to the register and within 2 seconds Scott was on wheels making sure his time was valuable looking around for Joseph to see why the gentleman that walked up after we did was waiting to be checked out So I said well he’s helping me because you all act like we were not even there.. Scott still did not ask us if we needed help and waited on the customer that came after us and checked him out on the register Joseph was on. I guess that customers time was more valuable to Scott than my time.
Then when Joseph came back Scott had the nerve to coach him infront of us for leaving the register.. He was providing customer service that the manager should have acknowledged from the beginning. So there was no need for him to coach Joseph. This was very disappointing as this was the second location and both times the manager acted horribly while the team members were more customer oriented. I wonder what it was about the man that Scott lost his tunnel vision to jump and help him but left us standing around like we were invisible.

I came in looking for a tool, could not find tool and could not find employee to ask questions. The only store employees were found at registers. Bad customer service when one can’t ask questions. But employees are there to take your payment only.

I was looking for an employee to let them know that there was 2 beams left on the floor on aisle 30, that the MST left on the floor and could it been a major trip hazard for any customer.i just hope that know one got hurt, 2.30pm!!!!
And I can't imagine that know one has seen it From the time the store open till 2.30pm, waiting for someone to fall and hurt them selves.
