This store has everything we needed. While some of the staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, the cashier seemed like she was inconvenienced with having to ring up my purchase, to the extent that I ended up having to bag half of it myself then instructed my mom to grab the receipt as if it would be too cumbersome to hand it to us

The service is soo bad that I go because is 3 minutes from my house but if I can't find something I go to Home Depot that is 17 minutes away. Is faster to go to Home Depot's than finding someone who can help you. Trust me.! Other Lowe's don't have this problem.

I am fed up with Lowe's. I don't even know where to begin because this has been a long and exhausting process. To start, I am doing a full scale renovation on my home that I purchased in Feb of 23. Two final major items I needed in order to live in my home were doors and cabinets, both of which I saught out Lowe's to assist with. Starting with the doors, they had to send a guy out three times- THREE- to just measure for the doors. At one point the guy had to FaceTime his supervisor, who was on camera in his freaking bathrobe, because he didn't believe his measurements. So finally they get the measurements down and we go back into the store to finalize everything. Get the doors ordered and I think we are good to go.Then I go to the cabinet department to get those done. Guy comes out to measure, go back to the store to finalize - simple right? Wrong.After 6+ weeks the doors finally are delivered and not a single one of them fit. 7 doors in total and not a single door fits the frame and all seven doors had be returned. While waiting for the doors to come in we had to deal with the cabinets which is the final straw that has prompted me to absolutely despise Lowe's.Cabinets are delivered - the deliver people are rough with them and we're missing pieces. He and I go back and forth because he wants me to sign papers that say I have received all of my product when I know I have not. So finally he tells me to put an X next to the items I don't have. Well everything is a product number so how in the world am I supposed to know which piece is which? Finally I figure it out with little help from the delivery guy and I give the paper back, Knowing it was going to be an issue. He tells me someone from the store will call me. They don't….after a week I call them to figure out where my missing prices are and they don't have a clue to what I am talking about - no paper, no notes, nothing. As we are dealing with that we go to inbox cabinets. Several of which are busted up and cannot be used. We take these back ourselves multiple times to get new ones. I refused to pay your ridiculous fee for installation (2,000 dollars) after (at the time) already spending close to 5,000 and opening a Credit Card that you literally beg your customers to do. So now I have another team installing my cabinets (not related to Lowe's) and what a surprise the cabinets don't fit. Wow…if I wasn't so mad I'd actually be impressed by the incompetence I continue to find with Lowe's. And it's not like I can stop in the middle and fine someone else because I have a certain amount of time before I absolutely have to be living in my home. I have a child and cannot live in a house obviously where I cannot cook him a meal. I just left from Lowe's this afternoon after demanding yet another refund and they want to take the preexisting cabinets back in order for me to have a full refund processed. Are you kidding me? You have made countless mistakes, never once offered ANYTHING for your mistakes and now you want me to return all of my cabinets and start back at square because of your negligence? I will not be paying on my credit card until I have a resolution to this problem. Currently on the phone with corporate.

I had a instore credit card for $500-$600. I got in a car accident where my honda accord was pronounced total loss. My instore lowes gift card was in that store and I couldn’t find it when I was getting my items. I called the 1-800 number and a instore number for lowes. They told me if I don’t have that card number or a receipt we can’t help you. I feel like I been screwed out of my in store gift card. I wouldn’t send my worst enemies to a Lowe’s and only will shop at Home Depot. I wouldn’t care if it was less than $20 but this is $500 and that’s a lot of money to me.

The moment I walked in, I was given a happy hello. Although my knowledge of kitchen appliances was subpar, I was directed to exactly what I needed. No fuss, no muss. A great place to get what you need and the prices are reasonable.

Barbara Sergeant in the kitchen design department helped us plan and order our new kitchen cabinets. She was there from start to finish with very helpful ideas and input. We purchased Kraftmaid cabinets and are very pleased with the fit and finish as well as their customer care. Our new kitchen is beautiful and highly functional.

Very Nice staff. Lowe's your employee are very kind but I was able speak with, ms. Tracey in the plant department has a beautiful attitude. She Always speaks great job in training this lady. She deserves to move up. Always taking the time to get to knows your customers. I was shocked i never experienced this at any store. I will keep coming back. Ms Tracey should be recognized for her professional behavior and kind words. She always makes my day. The small things matter to your customers the most

An ongoing nightmare of the run around and incompetence. During the Labor Day Sale, we bought a dishwasher including installation. When the dishwasher arrived, the installer was very rude and attempted to overcharge me $250 to complete the installation, which was entirely unwarranted. His response was, "Then install it yourself." After he left with the dishwasher, I drove immediately to the store to file a complaint and learn when we would receive our dishwasher. After waiting at Customer Service and then being sent to the Appliance desk, after almost an hour there I was finally told they couldn't do anything about our situation and I would have to call Installation Services. After an hour getting the runaround of holds and transfers with Installation Service, I was told I would have to go back to the store to speak with Chad. I drove back to the store for a second time and was told Chad isn't the right person, and they would have the manager call. No one ever called. And we STILL don't have our dishwasher. What a nightmare!
