I called and spoke with Lisa and not only was she kind and helpful, when I showed up to finalize renting my storage unit, she did not waste any time showing me where my unit would be and answering all of my questions. She was professional, courteous and kind. She was extremely knowledgeable and I cannot thank her enough.
